- Major system changes

Illness or holiday cover
Short notice cover plan for IT staff in the event of sickness or holiday and to provide a stop gap without having to re-assign current employees.
Long-term cover
Providing experienced personnel to cover for extended staff layoff (maternity or paternity leave, long-term sickness or extended vacation).
