From half a day a month to full time placement (the latter often negates the need to employ expensive FTE).
Remote monitoring
Server health monitoring
This can be tailored to include performance monitoring or to include critical hardware monitoring.
Network monitoring
This also can be personalised to provide full monitoring to include: CPU, fans, performance monitoring or just to report on device availability.
Remote assistance
This can be used to provide off-site support when you require immediate assistance. Our engineers can log into your computer to quickly and easily
diagnose IT problems before coming on-site.
On-call and out of hours support
Contracts are available for out of hours support where required:
- Client initiated, or initiated by one of our monitoring systems.
- Out of hours support packs can be purchased for critical systems that can only be worked on outside of normal office hours.
